As the driving force behind Business Battlefield, Dillan Gandhi leads with vision, strategy, and a passion for empowering young entrepreneurs. A senior at PYLUSD, Dillan serves as President and CEO, guiding a team dedicated to equipping middle and high school students with real-world business skills and opportunities to innovate. His leadership has propelled the organization's growth, creating a platform where students develop confidence, creativity, and leadership skills to succeed in any field.

Supporting our mission as second-in-command, Aarush, a senior at Troy Tech Magnet, works alongside the President in all leadership functions, ensuring continuity of operations and assisting strategic initiatives focusing on strengthening the program's growth and community partnerships.

Vinay Jagtiani

Irvine Unified Sophomore

Keeping us organized and connected, Vinay, a sophomore from Irvine Unified, maintains all official club records, and social communications, while ensuring smooth operations. He identifies and secures venues for club events, coordinates outreach for an esteemed judges panel and leads student recruitment efforts encouraging visionary students with bringing their innovative ideas to life. Vinay also spearheads club promotion initiatives throughout IUSD.

PYLUSD Middle School

As Community Engagement Leader, Soham Parikh, a middle schooler from PYLUSD, is committed to building strong bridges between students and the entrepreneurial world. In this role, he develops and sustains meaningful relationships with external partners, secures sponsorships to support events, strengthens the club's visibility, and creates opportunities for members to connect, collaborate, and learn from the broader entrepreneurial community.
